At Orderway, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair subscription experience. To ensure customers can evaluate our platform before committing, we offer a free 7-day full-access trial, requiring no credit card. Trial accounts do not automatically convert to a paid subsciption. By signing up for a paid plan after the trial, you explicitly agree to be charged and acknowledge that your subscription is non-refundable.
Free Trial & Paid Subscription Conversion
- Users who sign up for a free 7-day trial are not required to enter payment details.
- If a user chooses to upgrade from the free trial to a paid subscription, this action is considered an intentional and final conversion to a paid plan.
- Once upgraded, the first payment is non-refundable and cannot be disputed as an unauthorized charge.
- By proceeding with the upgrade, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this refund policy.
Monthly Subscription
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription plans.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
Annual Subscription
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on annual or yearly subscription plans after initial purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Important Policy Information
Trial-to-Paid Conversion is Final: Users who upgrade from the free trial to a paid plan acknowledge that this is a non-refundable, intentional purchase. Disputing this charge as unauthorized violates our terms of service.
No Retroactive Cancellations: Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles only and do not entitle the customer to a refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
Chargeback Disputes: Filing a chargeback against our refund policy may result in the permanent suspension of your Orderway account and access to our services.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy and acknowledge that refunds are not provided outside of the terms outlined above.
